What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
The shipping service will attempt delivery three times to a person who is at least 21 years old. After the third attempt and no one is at home, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you that your package has been returned. If we do not receive a response within five days, a full refund will be issued to your credit card (shipping charges will not be refunded). If you would re-order items that were undeliverable, please place a new order.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We must collect applicable sales tax in the states that is required to do so.
What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept credit cards for online orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Where do we ship?
Right now during our test pilot, we can only ship liquor inside NY state.
When I order, can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes, you may place an order and have it shipped to a different address than your billing address.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We will promptly replace any product that arrives damaged. Simply call us at 1-800-LIQUORS or email us at support@1800liquors.com so we may send you a replacement.
Do the boxes I see with the bottles on your website come included in the delivery?
Bottles are repackaged for safe shipping. Original packaging and or boxes will not be included.
