DELIVERY

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase liquor. By placing your order you have represented to 1-800-LIQUORS that you are at least 21 years old. All liquor delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at the time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. We will disregard any request to have the delivery left without signature.

Title to the liquor you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our facility; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.
